We process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us or that is collected in the course of using our website.

4. for what purpose do we process your data and on what legal basis?

We process your personal data for various purposes in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations. In principle, the following purposes of processing can be considered: processing to fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), to safeguard legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and/or on the basis of legal requirements (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).

5 Who receives your data?

Service providers employed by us and acting on our behalf (so-called processors, cf. Art. 4 No. 8 GDPR) may receive personal data. We use the following processors or categories of processors:

  • IT service provider
  • Google Inc.

We do not pass on your data to third parties who process personal data under their own responsibility (so-called controllers, see Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR).

6. storage of data

We only process your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective processing purpose.

In addition, we are subject to various retention and documentation obligations arising from the Driving Instructors Act (FahrlG), the Fiscal Code (AO), among others. These can last up to 10 years.

Every data subject has the right of access under Art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR and the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR. II Processing of personal data

1. cookies

In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we may use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. The cookies can be transmitted to a page when it is accessed and thus enable the user to be identified.

2. automatic collection of access data / server log files

When you visit our website, the following data record is automatically saved each time you access it:

  • Name of the retrieved file,
  • Date and time of retrieval,
  • amount of data transferred,
  • Message indicating whether the retrieval was successful,
  • Description of the type of web browser used.

The personal data in log files are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The purpose of data processing and our legitimate interest are to facilitate the administration of our website and to enable us to detect and track hacking.

3. google analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. 4. google maps

This website uses the Google Maps product from Google. When you visit a sub-page in which Google Maps is embedded, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, data is collected that your browser transmits to Google. 5. making contact

It is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. If you contact us, we will process the personal data you have entered and transmitted.

If you contact us directly by email, we will collect your email address and any personal data resulting from the text of the email.

If you use the contact form to place a callback request, we will also collect the personal data you provide via the input screen. These are your name, telephone number and, if you decide to provide this information in addition, the company you work for and the subject of your callback request. The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The purpose of the data processing and our legitimate interest lie in customer care and in being able to answer the messages sent to us.

2 For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your personal data? (Art. 13 para. 1 c, d and 2 f GDPR)

We only process personal data that you provide to us as part of the business transaction. The legal basis results from Art. 6 GDPR. The purposes of the processing depend on your request or the respective business transaction.

We process personal data primarily to fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR), more precisely for the purpose of initiating, executing or fulfilling a contract. This includes, for example, preparing offers, invoicing and responding to general inquiries. If a data subject is not a contractual partner – such as an employee of a business partner – the processing is carried out for the same purposes as a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.

In addition, we process personal data to protect the following legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR): Maintaining the business relationship, ensuring IT operations and security and asserting legal claims and defense in legal disputes.

Depending on the type of business transaction or your inquiry, we store your personal data in our communication systems to the extent necessary within the scope of the purpose limitation and customary market practice.

We only process your personal data for the purposes of providing information and advice on products and services, for market research and customer satisfaction analysis and for disclosure to third parties if this is part of our contractual relationship or if we have received your consent to do so (pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR).

If necessary, we process your personal data for the fulfillment of legal requirements and pass them on to third parties (Art. 6 para. 1 c) GDPR).

We do not use your personal data in any way for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. who receives your personal data? (Art. 13 para. 1 e, f GDPR)

As a matter of principle, we do not pass on personal data to third parties who process it under their own responsibility (Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR), unless you have given your consent, there is a legal regulation that obliges us to do so or we have a legitimate interest.

If we outsource parts of the data processing to service providers by way of order processing, we conclude corresponding order processing contracts with these suppliers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. We use the following categories of service providers:

– IT service provider

– Financial service provider

We process your data exclusively in Germany and have no intention of processing the data in third countries.

4. how long will the data be stored? (Art. 13 para. 2 a GDPR)

In principle, we only process your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes.

The legislator has also issued a wide range of retention obligations and deadlines that we must comply with. These result from the Driving Instructors Act (FahrlG) and the Fiscal Code (AO), among others. The retention and documentation periods specified there are up to ten years. Once the purpose of processing no longer applies and any applicable retention period has expired, the corresponding personal data is routinely deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
